With the emergence of e-commerce and e-markets came the e-enterprises that operate in the e-environment. These enterprises have particular dynamics due to their special human resources that work through the means of communication technology. Yet, the social, cultural and organizational features still exist within these enterprises, since the tasks performed are delegated to virtual teams. These latters have hybrid characteristics of the classical team, with the fusion of the communication technology when executing their tasks, which necessitate the need for particular type of leadership capable of guiding virtual teams according to the goals of their e-enterprise.
