Keywords:
cultural development, human development, VietnameseAbstract
This paper presents a thorough and in-depth analysis of the current state, challenges, and opportunities in the development of Vietnamese culture and people in the context of a rapidly changing society. By employing qualitative research methods such as in-depth interviews, surveys, and document analysis, the study provides a comprehensive evaluation of the existing issues and their underlying causes. The findings offer a nuanced understanding of the factors influencing cultural and human development in Vietnam, highlighting both the strengths and limitations of current practices and policies. Building on these insights, the paper puts forward a series of strategic and actionable solutions aimed at fostering sustainable growth in Vietnamese culture and the well-being of its people. These proposed measures emphasize the dual goals of preserving and promoting the nation’s rich traditional cultural heritage while also meeting the evolving demands of a modern, globalized society.
