Proving cybercrime in light of the general rules of criminal evidence

This study highlights the issues surrounding the proof of cybercrime and the debate among criminal law scholars regarding whether general rules of evidence are sufficient to accommodate this type of crime despite its unique characteristics. It also discusses the need to establish specific rules that align with the peculiarities and nature of cybercrime.
