Abstract

This paper aims to detect and learn how to use virtual reality technology and geographic information systems and take advantage of its application in tourism planning at tourist sites for the development of tourist sites, and the provision of tourism data which include all the data relating to infrastructure, human and natural ingredients, which are easy to base handled through geographical information system, and therefore tourism planning's ability to achieve the best results, with reference to the importance of the database is to provide decision-makers with all the information concerning the development of tourist sites and manage optimally, and try to take advantage of available resources and try to connect them with some variables that can affect in their geographical distribution, and access to the results and outputs can help explain the geographic distribution pattern, and planned to help determine the pros and cons of this distribution, which is appointed in future planning to avoid the disadvantages of the current distribution pattern.
