Abstract

Due to the nature and frequency of commercial disputes, the Algerian legislator has created specialized commercial courts since the judiciary is an effective pillar for their resolution. Similar to other comparative legislations, it was achieved through Law No. 22/13, amending the Civil and Administrative Procedure Code, Law No. 22/07 on judicial division, and Organic Law No.22/10 on judicial organization, which introduced specialized commercial courts to treat various commercial disputes.
