Protecting consumers who acquire real estate within the framework of real estate development contracts is of great importance, given the growing significance of real estate development formulas and contracts in Algeria. This necessitates exploring all the guarantees provided by general and specialised legal rules for consumers in this field. It also requires us to deduce the reasons for reforming this legal system in order to identify shortcomings in the way legal rules ensure effective protection for real estate buyers within real estate development contracts.
