Islamic law pays attention to the wealth of the nation, establishing ways for individuals and groups to acquire it. The objectives set out by Muhammad Tahar Ben Achour in his book on the objectives of Islamic law promote benefits and prevent harm. This paper aims to clarify the efforts of this scholar in the field of financial transactions.
