Keywords:
goods, trade, trafficking offense, counterfeitAbstract
The trade in counterfeit goods is a transnational crime carried out by large and highly organized criminal groups. There is a close link between illicit trade and other forms of criminal activity, such as human trafficking, drug trafficking, active and passive corruption, and money laundering.
