The financial applications quality dimensions and its impact on the continuing of usage's intention case of: The BaridiMob application

The study aims to investigate the impact of the dimensions of the quality of electronic financial applications on the customer’s intention to continue using the application. The study was conducted at the level of “BaridiMob Application” users by distributing an electronic questionnaire based on social media to a sample of (95) individuals. After conducting the analysis using the (Smart PLS.4) program, we found that there is a significant impact at the significance level (0.05) for each of: Ease-of-Use, Security & Confidentiality, Availability of Information, and Reliability, in addition to the Application Design, on the customer’s intention to continue using the “BaridiMob Application” during the coming period.
