Abstract

The finding of “money” is a blessing from Allah Almighty, with which he has bestowed favor and honor upon mankind. it is one of the five essential necessary faculties in the tolerant Islamic shari'a law. this divine blessing is intended to preserve people's faith, lives, minds, lineage, and wealth. The most gracious has prescribed religious rulings and legal means to preserve these values, both by creating and maintaining them.
