Abstract

The Arabic language is closely linked to cultural existence as a vessel for identity and civilization, while its relationship with development is evident as an essential tool for achieving scientific, social, and economic progress. This relationship is embodied in the language's ability to transmit knowledge, science, and technology, and to shape societal awareness. The weak presence of the Arabic language in modern development fields such as technology and the internet represents a major challenge, requiring the activation of the language to encourage cultural and scientific production as a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development.
